Family Readiness Support Services
We assist commanders, military personnel and their families, and DoD civilian employees in managing the competing demands of the military mission and family by providing information, programs and services that provide information and improve skills by fostering competencies and coping skills, while offering short-term support and assistance when necessary.  We conduct these services onsite at US Air Force Base locations as we continue to pursue expanding this capability.

Finance and Payroll Support Services
Our
financial management and transition support services offer commercial and government clients with quality payroll and account management in compliance with appropriate regulations, directives and other controlling guidelines using various forms of electronic media.

Affirmative Action Compliance
With our depth of experience, we can help design the most efficient AAP processes, tailored specifically for your business needs, while maintaining compliance requirements of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

For our government contractor clients, we have a complete understanding of government contractor compliance issues, particularly as it pertains to Executive Order 11246 Affirmative Action compliance requirements.

Did you know?  If your company receives more than $50,000 from Federal Contracts, and your company employs more than 50 employees, your company is required to have a written Affirmative Action Plan for submission to the OFCCP, within 30 days of their initial request.
