  Status: Full Time (Contingent upon contract award)  
 

Description: Conducts research and compiles statistical reports.  Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records minutes of meetings held.  Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.  Prepares outgoing correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.  Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:  Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to establish and maintain a close relationship with internal and external customers.  Must be able to work independently and take a proactive role to assure that deliverable items are completed on or ahead of schedule.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office line of products, including Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint software. Candidate must be able to work independently with a high level of maturity and proficiency.  Must be detail oriented with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects and possess effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must be highly experience with the Federal Employee Retirement System, the Civil Service Retirement System, CSRS Offset, Thrift Savings Plan.

Must be knowledgeable in the regulations pertaining to Medicare and Social Security.
 

 
  Education: BS Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required.
